Bedrock Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

We just wrapped up a kitchen remodel and I called Bedrock Plumbing to finish installing all of the plumbing on Tuesday. Friday morning we had Robert show up right on time. He took care of the three under mount sinks for us. Robert ran all of the drain lines and sink supply lines to the new faucets after installing them. We now have running water again after a very lengthy remodel and we couldn’t be happier! Robert was timely, professional, and friendly. Robert was kind and thorough. He inspected the entire house and provided a detailed report at the end. Instead of upselling their services, he offered helpful recommendations, such as checking the warranty on our water softener. This shows that the company truly prioritizes helping customers over just making a profit. I also love their customer service—they respond within minutes and make booking services quick and easy.

We signed up for the Plus membership and Robert came out for our annual inspection. He did a very thorough job and identified some things that should be done sooner than later and quoted those jobs. Had great conversation and learned a ton about the plumbing in my house! He gave me some great tips and game plan for the future.

One of our pipes had a pinhole leak in it, and bedrock sent out a plumber, Jaden. He was very friendly and time efficient (this was at about 10:30pm so we were very appreciative of that fact.) We talked a good amount while he was here and he kept me posted on progress while he worked. This kind of worker is exactly the kind of worker i am looking for while getting work done on my home!

Highly recommend Bedrock. Their website was super easy to book an appointment online, and showed up early in the appointment window. Jaden was amazing - he solved our problem super quick and was incredibly helpful. He even took the time to teach us about why the problem happened, how to prevent it in the future, and other information about plumbing in general.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday - we called four "major" plumbers (thinking they would be able to get out to us since they say 24/7) but none of them could. The next number was Bedrock. Corey was able to get to us in an hour. He had a very reasonable Saturday trip uncharge. He got the leak fixed in 45 min. Great personality, honest, didn't try to do anything other than what needed to be done, explained things and worked clean. 100 will be using him on our next project.
